June 2015 Part 1

I was getting Hannah dressed and told Ava to go get dressed. They ended up in matching dresses.

Hannah admiring the life size picture of her on the Barbie display at Target.

Hannah at it again...typing away on the laptop (and messing up my calendar in the process).

Hannah pretty excited to find a new writing surface.

Grandma and Grandpa Bassett came to town for a visit. We were able to have everyone together at our house. We went geocaching and on a little nature walk.

The kids were pretty excited when they found a toad.

The kids loved throwing rocks into the water. Hannah loved playing in the water. We had to keep a very close eye on her because she kept trying to go all the way in.

It was all fun and games until the mosquitos just became too much (and they were bad!). Time to go!

We stopped at a park to eat dinner and play. The boys quickly spotted a baseball game going on. They ate and watched. So fun to watch them try and explain the game to Asher.

Ava, Becky and Chase. Not sure why Chase is making that face. I think he was just being silly.

Summer is officially here! That means fun in the sun! Here we took a little ride on a mini train at a local park. Hannah refuses to look at the camera, let alone smile.

Caden riding in the caboose.

Summer also means swim team for Jordan and Caden. Jordan is not too fond of the early morning practices (Caden doesn't mind because he is up at the crack of dawn anyways). Jordan does like the swim meets though.

Here are some pictures of Jordan racing.

Hannah has started copying what we are doing. That includes cleaning. Her she is trying to sweep the floor...
...and dumping it into the trash.

Hannah and her friend Brooklyn. They are only a month and a half apart in age. Hannah gets so excited to see Brooklyn, it is so cute.

Caden got to go to Cub Scout day camp this year. Saying he had SO much fun would be an understatement. I volunteered one of the days and got to help his group. I had so much fun watching him.....

..catch a fish (well, technically catch and release).

...shoot a bow and arrow and lots of other fun activities.

Finally, got Hannah to look at the camera. Guess we can't win it all...now she gives a cheesy smile.

This girl gets into everything!!

No idea where or how this silly picture was taking.

Kailyn got to do a science camp this summer. She was so excited when she was in a "Harry Potter" class with her friend Anna. She was also glad her other good friend Emma (pictured below) was there too.

Why is cleaning the kitchen so fun at Hannah's age and not so fun at my age?
