We absolutely love our Jordan. She can be quite the little ball of energy. She has to be constantly moving. As I was asking her these questions she was holding onto the side of the couch jumping up and down. She also can't walk normally--she has to be skipping or hopping. She loves to play with her doll and wants to take it with her wherever she goes. She also loves to put dresses on and dance to music.
When asked what she wanted for dinner for her birthday she responded,
"Um, that thing that you are eating."
I was eating a rice cake for some nausea I was having. We ended up having pizza.
Jordan is very affectionate--always coming up and giving hugs/kisses. Jordan LOVES individual attention--she gets SOO excited and sweet when she has an opportunity to go somewhere or do something one-on-one with Mom or Dad. She loves being in primary. She tried to sneak in the Sunday before she was old enough. After going last week (the first week of the new year), she was SOO proud that she was in primary and not in nursery anymore. She can be a little mischievous/silly (like the earlier pictures that she took of herself with the computer). By color personality, she is definitely yellow--everything has to be FUN. She is learning to be more responsible--within the past couple weeks, she has become very good at making her bed every morning and getting dressed. She is very brave--willing to take chances (jumping off diving boards, jumping into water, petting animals, etc). She is very good at picking out cute outfits. She matches colors and outfits very well. She has also become very good at initiating and leading interactive play with Caden--a trait that keeps Caden a lot less clingy/needy.
Jordan can also be a bit OCD. She has to have her clothes just so. She can not wear her pants without a belt 'cuz they are never tight enough. I have to cinch them up so tight that we often wonder if she has circulation to her legs. Her pants also have to be the perfect length--she's always complaining that they are too long or too short. Her pants also have to have a cute pattern on them, or she throws a fit and refuses to wear them. She also has to have her shoes and socks just right (she is not quite as picky about this as she is with her pants), though she'll find a pair that she loves and hold on to them for dear life (click-clack shoes are very desirable--the louder the better, tightness is a must). She also can't just leave something. For example, if she is putting something in order she can't walk away from it and come, she has to finish it.
I really do love our little red head and am so glad she is part of our family.
PS Some people think she is so quiet cause she tends to act shy in public. She has gotten to the point where she won't talk out loud to me around others but must whisper everything to me (especially if they are people she doesn't know). Don't let this fool you. At home she can be very loud and talkative. We are often having to tell her to quiet down. Her hugs can be a little aggressive (look out, baby number 4).

Happy Birthday Jordan! Rachel is so excited that you are in her primary class.
She's a stunner. I'll bet people turn around to look at her. She has a wonderfully contagious smile. You guys make cute kids. Happy birthday, Jordan!
Happy Birthday, Jordan! We miss you. Mimi was trying to invite you to our house the other day. I didn't think your mom wanted the two-hour drive.
That is so cute. She is a fun girl; I learned that when you guys stayed with us. Wow, can you believe how our little ones grow so quickly. Happy birthday to her!
